Working a JOB as well as pursuing an online business can weigh heavily. There just doesn’t seem to be enough time in the day ⏰, you start to resent your job even more because it takes time away from your business building and the tasks that once seemed ok are no longer acceptable to you.
I wanted to give you a few questions to ask yourself this Sunday afternoon when that gut-wrenching feeling starts to take hold.
✅ What are you looking forward to this week?
Find the good in each week or day. While I always advocate for living in the now sometimes holding onto that shining light is all we have. Find something to look forward to.
✅ Where can you add in some moments of peace, purpose or joy?
Make time for yourself. Yes yes I kow we are all ridiculously busy but get up 20 minutes earlier and meditate or read or listen to music or just sit quietly with your dreams and intentions. Allow yourself time to just be.
✅ If you could make a change towards the life you want, what would it be?
Know that even though things may look grim right now, you have the ultimate capacity to change. You can drive your life and not just let it happen to you. You are the master of your destiny and even one small change towards your goals is a step in the right direction.
